Hi all,

Got some Great Easterns looking for a good home. I ship in CONUS priority mail flat rate, accept PayPal G&S ONLY. No trades. First to comment and PM gets the knife. All come in the original tubes. None show visible patina. Sadly, I don’t have the buttons that sometimes accompany these knives as I’ve only ever received one for another knife.

1. Allegheny No. 97 in jigged Brazilian cherry, with Beaver Tail shield. Nice large folder, never carried. Relatively light pull. SOLD

2. Calf Roper No. 66 in Gabon ebony, oval shield. This is a fine three-blade knife, the sheepsfoot blade has been particularly useful. I’ve carried it a little but used it rarely. Very fine tiny scratches on bolsters, the wood scales are in great shape. $80

3. Bull Buster No. 21 SOLD

I'm interested in the Allegheny. Question first. I have been looking for a full size 4 inch blade with a very light pull. GEC 97 was recommended. Would you say a light pull, slipjoint with good centering?

It’s got a very light pull, first thing I noticed when I got it. Like a 3/10. Centering is great. It’s a slipjoint with an effective half stop.
