I am putting some great knives up for trade talks. I'll list details of each knife below. Please PM to initiate talks, rather than posting them in the comments. Thank you!
WHAT I'M INTERESTED IN:
I'm happy to hear most any offers, but if it's something still in stock at dealers, I'm probably less-interested. I'm very interested in:
1. Other GEC #15 or #77 barlows, especially 2-blade models.
2. 2-blade #77s or #78s (perhaps a Yankee Jack or an American Jack with a clip point primary).
3. #92 Eureka Jack or a single blade spear (but only with Northfield trim!).
4. #15 single-blade clip points with a standard nail nick (not really interested in those with longpulls).
5. #76, I might be interested in the right one. Probably a Tidioute.
6. Stainless GECs, especially #74s in elk or orange delrin.
7. #33 whittler in ebony
KNIVES PICTURED BELOW:
A. #48 Harvester in Ebony. Like New in tube.
B. #77 Northfield barlow in African Blackwood. Used. I'm the second owner, it's been carried and it shows. The are many knicks in the covers. The blade has been sharpened very well (not by me). It's very sharp. The previous owner is a really great sharpener. The tip has a very slight upturn from use. It's not super-noticeable, but it's there. Great walk and talk. Comes with tube. Blade is a bit off center, see pic.
C. Stag #78 American Jack . I got to these stag #78 really early and got the opportunity to buy a really wonderful one (in my opinion). Like new in tube.
D. #78 SMKW SFO. Like new in tube. The blade is a bit off center. I don't think it is so bad as to send it in to GEC for the quick fix (it's certainly not running), but I've included a pic, so you can decide if this is a knife for you.
E. 2017 BF Tidioute Cutlery barlow. Like new in tube.
F. #14 Tidioute Cutlery barlow in smooth white bone. This is the 2-blade version. Like new in tube.
