Several times during Operation Two Weeks, I've passed, only to find myself frantically trying to find one on the exchange! I passed on the Chop House sisters only to realize I need these hanging in my restaurant kitchen! I got a Thick Cut, but now frantic to get a matching Thin Cut. What if I pass, then realize I desperately need what I passed on? WTF???? LOL
