GENE SHADLEY CUSTOM FOLDER DOCTORS KNIFE
A BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC FROM THE SLIPJOINT MASTER

ABOUT THE KNIFE:

COMMENTS:
This is a traditional "Doctor's" knife with a spatula.
The Black Lip Mother of Pearl is AMAZING.
A real pain to photograph. All blades snap in place & line up perfect like all of Gene's knives do.
The handle feels good in the hand sleek and light.
My photographs do not do justice to the pearl.
Also has a stainless steel shield! The "Doctor's" knife is a very popular pattern!!
About the Maker:
Here is a wonderful two blade Doctors knife completed in the stunning manner that has earned Eugene Shadley the reputation that he has today. He is definitely one of the top slipjoint and gents pocket knife makers in the world today. With a waiting list that goes for more then 5 years, Gene is a very "in demand" talent in the knife world. This slimmer two blade piece features beautiful black lip mother of pearl, ATS-34 blades and hardware; 416 stainless pins and bolsters. The action of each of these blades is just terrific as are the grinds, seamless construction, and every other aspect of fit and finish. Of course, it is a Shadley. That is no surprise... This example of a wonderful pattern includes two terrific blade shapes that are quite useful and are razor sharp as one would expect. This very rare and beautiful piece would be the hallmark of any series gents pocket knife collection and is available immediately at a very reasonable price.
The other master of multi-blades! Gene's work is the best and his attention to detail is un surpassed. All knives are flawless and his designs are clean! My personal favorite knives!
