Just got a Pocket Wharncliffe in D2 by Gene Ingram. It came very sharp, the knife is beautiful and Gene was a pleasure to do business with. The price was reasonable and so was the wait. The sheath (also by MR. Ingram) seems to be sturdy work and looks like it should last. Ill try to take some pics and post them in the gallery.

That sheath WILL last and you've made an excellent choice all around. A little fixed blade pocketknife from Gene has been my EDC for over two years. That little knife really gets handled and used a lot, and not a thing in the whole package is showing any signs of it.

I agree wholeheartedly. Judging by my experience in ordering a knife from him, Gene is a top notch maker. The knife was beautifully made, and ready ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.
