great idea!
when is the leather/kydex sheath going to be complete?
Still needs some sanding and gonna add a 36" handle then sheath... Not sure if am gonna do a leather or kydex yet

Found out today that a mile from my new job location there is a restaurant with Pliny the Elder on tap!! Stoked, gonna try to make time to go over and grab a few pints soon. Any other beer nerds out there who have tried Pliny? Dare I ask, tried Pliny the Younger?

Nice. I've never had the chance to try it but would definitely like to.
A friend of mine just moved out west and found a restaurant that had bottles. I'm hoping to try it when I visit sometime.
I'll have to console myself by drinking the last Hopslam I have in the fridge

mornin gents. The venison steaks made a comeback this morning, nothing alittle black coffee and an issue of Field and Stream couldnt fix

Nah, it'd be crazy to close out all other knives just because your own line. It's like saying there's nothing better than what you designed.

Yesterday I went to a local recycling center to drop off a load of smaller pine branches. I also had some glass, plastic and paper that I needed to get rid off. When I arrived, one of the employees came over and asked what I had brought with me so I told him. He said: "The glass you've got with you, is it clean? If it is, you might win a prize." I said: "Yeah sure it's clean", so I got out of the car, opened the trunk and showed him. He gave me some kind of lottery ticket with a scratch-away surface. I was about to dig into my pocket for a coin, when he gave me his pocket knife. He said: "Here, that'll scratch too". It was a Chinese or Pakistani knockoff of a Buck 110. It was dull as sh*te and I was about to go "You call that a knife? This is a knife!" on him while pulling out the BK16 that was still on my belt from yardwork, but I decided not to. In the end, I found it pretty awesome that he had atleast some kind of blade on him. That's already a rare sight here, so I decided not to spoil the moment.
It did make me think though
