General Knife Discussion

+1. Why would you push pressure on the back of a knife with your fingers between the body and the blade? I never trust my fingers to a lock.

In a followup video he admitted he was holding the knife incorrectly and it had nothing to do with the knife design. If you look at the video directly from YouTube he explains it in the comments section.

My question is, why did he post that video? Why not just reshoot it...?

Because that would mean he didn't know how to hold a knife and didn't know what he was talking about? By leaving it up, his pride remains intact and only CRK's reputation gets potentially damaged. And who cares about that, right?

Yeah, definitely user error, and it's a lowbrow move for him to post that video on the internet, calling the quality of CRK's products into question. He should not have posted it, and any number of "follow up" videos with retractions or apologies do not make up for it. Oughta take it down, if he's got any gumption at all.

Relax folks , unbunch yourselves.... The guy said he thought it was his fault and not the knife's.
