I would to ask everyone's suggestion for a general purpose, all around bandsaw blade tpi and width. Thank you in advance for your suggestions. Its an older 10in delta.

Wood or metal?
For wood I normally use around a 6 or 8tpi 1/4" wide blade. But keep in mind that only gets used for cutting curves, and I do all my straight cuts and splitting scales on a table saw.
For metal I like 18 or 24tpi starrett bimetal blades

I may get one for each. Probably mostly wood for now, but I didn't know if anyone used 1 blade for both wood and metal. Yes I know you probably shouldn't.

I had 3 band saws a while back. And awhile back but not so long I had to make another move. I now have one that is made for cutting metal but I also use for wood. Frank
