Generosity

Oh, yeah -- EK knives are still in production, so if he wants a "factory" nylon sheath, they're available -- but I'd go with a TexasHuntCo Fieldmaster Long (the folks who make Spec Ops sheaths) or a spec ops sheath if he wants something other than black or realtree. :)

I'll pass that along but that leather is pretty sweet. :D

Awesome, just Awesome VK.

GingiK--thank your Son for his service! I can't imagine the pride you must feel when you look at those pics.

Every time I share the story of my BK9, people are all, "why would some dude you never even met do that!?!"
Because there ARE good people out there, and it just so happens that a higher percentage than normal are Beckerheads! My Sunday morning study group leader even had me share the story about JarodMichael's awesome act of kindness and charity.

I honestly just follow what I believe God requests of me. I am very blessed in all aspects of life, but I believe that God blessed me financially so I can bless others. My wife and I set aside funds each month to send to missionaries, campus ministries, a little girl in Mexico we sponsor and then some just for the purpose of blessing others. I truly enjoy seeing and hearing about other's delight when I am able to bless them in different ways.

I'm glad you are enjoying your 9, brother! Take it easy!

Back in town with my son. Thanks again, 1066Vik. Here's the candidate himself with the sweet sweet knife (told him we ought to stage a photo of him appearing to baton with it but he's too nice a guy :D )...

He's got more college and another six weeks of OCS in a couple of years and then the real fun begins.

Good for your son. The Marine Corps and EK Knives bring back allot of fond memories. Glad he had his commission, we had several great officers that did not have their commission and had to leave active duty.
