A first rate knife buying experience

GenO makes a fine knife at a very fair price. Cindy does a great job with customer service and followup. When my custom knife developed a material defect (due to the climate difference between GenO's shop and Denver Co.) they were great about taking care of the problem. While they were working on the knife, I received regular updates on its progress. They are obviously very concerned with the quality of their work and reputation. It shows in their knives. These are the kind of people who make knife collecting such a fun hobby.

Amen to that. I have never understood the attraction of knives from the the few folks who go out of their way to screw up their reputations when there are people like Geno and Cavelady around.
