Anything with carbon fibre looks pretty handsome, imo.

i was looking to spend around 100 at most i would like a pocket clip... and if it rides deep that would be nice.... i was looking at the spyderco ukpk pen knives... i really would like a small sebenza and that mandi is beautiful!!!! but that's a little to much out of my price range :(

That's a very nice Kopa collection, mister!
Thank you.
I am sorry I didn't mention that pictures are not mine, other Forum member WhyNot made them. This is his Kopas, but I also have identical set, plus few extras to carry. I am wearing jeans today, but Cocobolo in my watch pocket.:) It is very nice and handy knife.

Spartan,
That Burger is a real beaut. How much is the real thing these days?

I have a smaller production version, the Boker Exskelibur II, with 2 7/8-inch 440C blade and G10 scales. It's a good size and weight (2.2 oz) for EDCing.

I recommend A.G. Russell, where the staff will help you pick out a good one.

The Eskelibur uses a non-standard tool to adjust the pivot screw. Boker includes the tool with the larger Eskelibur although, unaccountably, not with the smaller version. But they will send you the tool free when asked.

I would love to own the original. But the production version is very well made and and just a fraction of the cost of the Burger. It's a good choice for a well-priced, good-looking gent's (or gentlewoman's) folder.

Lone Wolf Loveless City Knife would be my choice.

While we're here, I have to say I don't think the Fantoni Hide is a gents folder...

SOG twitch II carries pretty deep in the pocket, is small enough to not cause alarm at the office, is cheap, has decent steel, and looks pretty handsome to boot.

I think Mcusta has some nice looking ones that would be worth checking out. Also are the Benchmade Shoki and Opportunist that would fit the bill. If you're really fond of the Chris Reeves Sebenza, but don't have the cash, you could check out the Bradley Alias II...very similar and can be had for under $200. I personally may end trying one of the Mcustas out.

I like the offerings from Burger, here are some and he caters for your needs so they are willing to alter a knife to suite your requirements.

- Al Mar Hawk Classic Honey Jigged Bone
- Al Mar Hawk Classic Black Pearl
or, much cheaper
- Victorinox Classic Alox Silver
- Victorinox Farmer
- Victorinox Electrician
- Victorinox Pioneer 1, 2, 3 or 4
(all available in Silver Alox)
or, if the pocket clip is that important to you when wearing a suit
- Al Mar Falcon Ultralight

I would have to agree with reskar. If you want it clipped, then the Twitch 2 is a good choice. It is a small, simple, classy, non-threatening design which is a plus in places where you need a suit. If you want something in the pocket then a 1 or 2 layer Alox-handled Victorinox like the Cadet, Secretary or Solo is even more non-threatening and discreet.

I carry the Victorinox Bantam Alox when I'm wearing a suit or slacks. It's the knife in the foreground below:

Another good one is the Al Mar Hawk Ultralight or Falcon Ultralight (latter is larger):
