William Henry makes the best gentlemans knife if you want to fork over the dough.(IMO)
I don't consider the small UG Sebenza's to be a true gentleman's knife. But, if you want hard use toughness and class in one knife, a nice UG sebenza would be hard to beat.
I think that depends on the graphics. I have seen some of the silver contrast UG sebenzas that I certainly think fall in line with a gentlemans folder and then the inlaid (particularly LE inlays) are very classy.
I've always thought the Benchmade Kulgera looked pretty classy. Ornate hardware, sleek looking. Not a total gentlmen's folder but I think it has all the practical things one could look for in a snazzy package.
