Here is a copy of this hard to find book in great condition. I'm not going to say like new because the bottom left has a slight bend to it from the way the shipper packaged it when I received it as "New."

Either way, binding is good, no scratches, tears, discoloration...book really is in great condition. I'm asking $150 plus $15 for insured shipping within continental United States. I will package this in a sturdy box, not just a large mailing envelope.
