This is a new, genuine issue ECWCS waterproof parka. US MADE, not one of the kick off imports. I bought it new and wore it one time. No rips, tears, holes, etc. Like new condition, smoke and pet free. Size medium short. $65 shipped PayPal or USPS money order.
