Very, very smooth and stout little tank of a blade. No blade-play in any direction with solid and early lock-up, yet is still the easiest folder I have to flick open with the thumbstud. Awesome full custom from a top tier maker.
I am not the first owner of the knife and the blade does show signs of use, specifically small scratches in the polished stonewash finish that only show in certain lighting and are impossible to capture with my photography skills. Overall condition of knife is excellent. Great chance to own a full custom Les George for less than what some of his mid-tech's have sold for.

Ordered directly from Lance at SBW, this knife is a customized version of their mini Dark Hallow. Blade is a clip point variation that is uncommon for this model, but works perfectly on an aesthetic and ergonomic level. The knife also features an antique westinghouse micarta ivory show side scale, bronze anodized lock side and custom thumb stud. Early, bank vault lock-up with no blade play in any direction. I would not be getting rid of this knife, but I live on the coast and 1095 does not take kindly to salt water. That being said, this knife has dark spots/signs of oxidation (not rust) on the blade and blade edge despite being oiled down after carry. Knife has been pocketed and used and shows signs of wear: scratches on clip and usual snail trails on the ti in addition to the wear already mentioned on the blade. A short trip to the SBW spa would have this one of a kind mini DH in as new condition in no time.

Thick, sharp fixed blade by David Rydbom. Knife is new and has never been used. The only signs of wear on this satin finished beauty are the usual kydex marks from admiration sessions. A 40+ dollar discount than if you were to buy one new from the maker, that is if his books were open and you were prepared to wait for over 12 months...

Have you seen the Monkey Edge video on this knife. Freakin' Indestructible. Knife has been used to break down a few cardboard boxes and other than minor marks/signs of wear on the black blade finish it's as good as new. Knife comes with Strider sheath and tek-lok as well as Buy Brown custom kydex pocket sheath ($50 from Monkey Edge).

A lot of the bang for the buck in this little fixed blade. Matt Bailey forged 1080 blade with hamon, hand jigged bone and fileworked handle. As received from maker and comes with Matt's handmade leather pocket sheath.
