I have a mint condition tactical framelock collaboration between Hawaiian knifemakers George Gibo and Carl Zakabi for sale. It's a big and beautiful knife, with a 4" handrubbed S30V blade and a handrubbed titanium handle with the edges anodized ice blue. The inside of the frame is jeweled and also anodized ice blue. The stand-offs are anodized a pale subtle lime-green for added looks. This folder is a hand-made collaboration between two custom makers, and it is *not* a midtech.

Gibo and Zakabi refer to themselves collectively as "Kanaka Tech", and for this knife, Zakabi ground the blade while Gibo constructed the handle and parts and put the knife together. Although both of them are known more for more artsy stuff, many of you will agree with me from the pics that they make a great mean tactical framelock that looks good, too.

The knife is in mint condition and has never been carried, used, or sharpened. It still has its original edge from Carl. The lock-up is extremely solid and perhaps the strongest I have ever seen in a folder, and the blade centering is perfect.

For payment, I prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal and cash (at your own risk). If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I will only accept a personal check if I know you, and I reserve the right to wait for it to clear before I ship.

I will consider a trade towards a Strider RC or for an AR with specifically the following options:

Digicam blade
Black grooved and contoured G-10 scales
TAD tritium thumbstuds

I will also consider trades (+ or - cash or other knives of interest) for custom folders and custom balis. I am especially interested in the following makers:

JL Williams
Tim Galyean
Kit Carson
Jim Burke
Rick Hinderer
Charles Marlowe
DB Fraley
Deryk Munroe
Jim Smyth
Matt Cucchiara
Tom Mayo
Neil Blackwood
Flavio Ikoma (balis only)
Mauricio Dobruski (balis only)
Ken Onion
Phil Boguszewski
Todd Begg

I may consider trades for other custom folders not listed above. However, I am not interested in serrated blades, production knives aside from the specific aforementioned Striders, or fixed blades other than a Galyean Ukiah, a Primos Montero, small (less than 5" blade) Hossoms, or a Russ Andrews or John Young at this point in time.

Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!
