George Herron knife question

I just picked up 2 George Herron knives. One has me lost. It has E. LEE over Herron and on blade it says " PRYOR SKINNER IN LOVING MEMORY OF FRED PRYOR" Knife is numbered 25 on tapered tang. Sheath is signed in ink E. Lee and George Herron and 25. If anyone knows anything about this knife I would appreciate it. Thanks
 
I seem to recall George Herron having worked with Tommy Lee, maybe that could be of help.
