I'm selling my unique George Young kitchen utility/boning/filet style knife. I bought this off of him direct at a local show here in Indiana. I've probably had it for 13 years now. It's super thin stock 6K made right here in Kokomo, Ind. the handle is pakkawood or dymondwood. It's really hard to photograph, but it has shades of dark gray and dark green in it. The blade is about 4 1/4 inches, overall is about 9 inches.
