Georgia Boots

The leather laces work well too, and for me last longer. They don't stay tyed as well, but oh well. You could also try out the paracord laces. I keep thinking about that, and may do it when these leather ones go south.

I wear Matterhorn Boots Everyday (coalminer) These are by far the toughest boots on the planet  !!! I have seen & tried several different brands & nothing has come close to these ! They are Bomb proof, My feet are in some of the worst conditions for very long periods of time (Mud,Oil,Water) all day everyday ! They are very comfortable but they are heavy (10" tigertoe miner model)
Check'em out ! MADE IN USA

It has been a while since the last post but I want to cast my vote for the Georgia Mud Dogs. To me they have many great features for my landscaping type work. They are touch with added protection around the base of the boot, waterproof, steel toe, steel shank, very comfortable and only $100 at TSC. They as comfortable as my favorite Wolverine Durashoks, are superior to my favorite heavy duty Redwings, and time will only tell if they excell my Chipawas for toughness, they are way more comfortable. I will say that I have tried on numerous Georgia boots and found them very uncomfortable with the exception of the Muddogs.
