does anyone know when the next meeting will be held in watkinsville?--thanks marekz

CORRECTION TO THE DATE: August 29th. Directions will be posted to the GCKG website with an announcement in the GCKG forum.

How embarrassing for me, I meant to type 29th. Well, if you followed the link you would've seen the right date. Thanks for catching that.

So far I have confirmed Brian Goode will be doing a HT on O1 Demo,

still gotta find someone to do a handle shaping demo

any other demo suggestions?

I'd like to see how someone shapes handles on a slack belt myself

Thanks for the oportunity Stephen and the rest of the guild leaders! Hope I did okay :)

Next year.....hint hint - end time around is always better :)

You did good Brian, enjoyed your demo. As well as the others. Had fun at my first meeting. Won't be my last!

It was wonderful, even though my sitter dropped out at the last minute. then my son got antzy so i luckily i found a friend nearby to watch him for an hour. I wish i could have stayed longer and talked with everyone more. I hope to see yall again at track rock (?). this time my wife will be taking care of my son. thanks to everyone. oh by the way did anyone actually want those train tracks or did i leave mr costa with unwanted material. And whoever got the texas ebony -it needs to be sealed ( i sanded it and the sealant came off so at this point it needs to be waxed or something), i hope someone divided up the wrought iron. anyhow thanks to everyone for the hospitality and i cant wait to see you again--marekz

Thanks for your donation marekz, I got one piece of train track and the other piece went home with someone else. Looking forward to using it. Thanks, Dan
