Gerber Customer Service is really good!

Just wanted to pass on a story. Last year I purchased a Gerber Covert. I used it a bit, but noticed, after a year, that the liner lock would move all the way across the blade and rest on the far liner. I wrote a note and sent it to Gerber. A week later I had a knife sent back. Not my knife that was fixed. They sent me a brand new knife. Thank you Gerber!
