I bought this black/black S30V Gerber Empower new and used it around the house on cardboard, packaging zip ties and such. Factory edge is still sharp, handle, centering is great, lock up has minimal play up and down. Clip and the blade coating show some wear. She fires with authority and the lock works as it should.
