I had been looking at this for a while, looks like a great machete. Then I see the review in TK by Jeff Randall and I want one even more. With a saw that actually works, and one of the best machete sheaths I have seen, all at around $16 I'm pretty sure it's a safe bet  Just wondered if anybody here has one and what you think of it?

I have one and surprisingly, like it. It's 420 and made in China, but has held up well for the almost year I've had it. The saw does work well. It's really more of a saw then a cutter. I've used it on light veg., hardwoods and bamboo. No edge roll and it's still in pretty good shape.
You could get a lesser tool for more money. I do wish it was a little shorter, but no big deal.

I have one and love it although I agree with harpoon41 about wishing it was a little shorter. If you are also digging, the saw works great on roots too.

I have one that I have not quite put through it's paces yet. I love the handle, and the length. :D

What is it with all you guys who want short, stubby machetes? :p

The words "wide swath" and "machete" just go together. ;)
