A little over a week ago, I sent them an e-mail to Gerber Knives inquiring about purchasing a new nylon sheath for an older Gerber Gator folder that I have. Never got a reply e-mail, however I did receive a package from them a few days ago with a brand new sheath! This was not necessary as I was looking to purchase one from them, it is greatly appreciated though!:thumbup: Anyhow, wanted to share this here, as it's awesome to find a company that has such great customer service!

I had a similar experience with Gerber a couple of years ago. Sent me something for free that I was willing to pay for and asked about buying a replacement.
