Gerber Mark I Experts...I have a question

If some are stainless and some are carbon steel a magnet may be able to tell you which is which. Many stainless steels are non magnetic.
 
Mine is magnetic. Most stainless steel is magnetic to some degree. At least in my experience. Carbon steel will hold the magnet a lot better though.
