The Gerber Prodigy Military knife is the compact version of the LMF II and measures almost 10" long (9 3/4"). Constructed out of a 5mm thick piece of 420HC steel, it is full tang and has a black oxide coated drop point blade with a serrated section.
The MOLLE compatible sheath has a friction release thumb lock and many non-detection features such as a molded soft-grip ballistic nylon noise dampened sheath which is MIRS Compliant (Management of Infrared Signature) and comes with a leg strap and two extra sheath attachment straps for security.
