The Prodigy is smaller and lighter.
The blades are close in length but the LMFII blade is wider.
The handle of the LMFII is a 2 piece design with a heavy glass breaker butt. The butt is spaced to prevent electrical shock.
The handle of the Prodigy is a one piece rubber coated mold with the tang extending from the butt to form a glass breaker/punch.
The sheath of the LMFII has a built in sharpener. The Prodigy does not have the sharpener.
I have both knives. Both are well made but I prefer the Prodigy of the two.
It is lighter and more balanced in use. It would be even better if they offered a plain edged version.
