Gerber Remix.

Looks like Gerber is selling a piece of crap. No warranty?

They have a lifetime warranty, but that means nothing when shipping costs more than the knife does. If you sent it back in it looks like it would just break again anyhow. :eek::barf::mad:

That being said, Gerber selling crap isn't anything new. They make a few decent blades here and there, but their main advantage is price point. The reason why you see them everywhere isn't because the end user demands them, but rather because they are extremely appealing to retail stores due to their low cost and high name recognition.
 
Well.. I would personally take a para frame or most other models over this.. Atleast it would function properly..
I dont think they ever tested this knife lock...:rolleyes:

I was always wondering why they don't make a knife with a "hole" in the pivot area of the handle. Now I know.

This design isn't anything new for Gerber. They used to make this knife which is pretty stout, but still hard to open with one hand.

Gerber sadly isn't the same company it used to be.
