Gerber Sharpening Steel *Sold*

Here's a Gerber Sharpening Steel with original leather sheath that I need to pass on to someone else. Appears to have been carried or used very little at all. I'm not sure what the blue stuff on the end is...maybe paint?
The steel is 5" in length. Overall closed length including sheath is approx. 5-1/2".
