Gerber Strongarm: curious defect

I’m about 95% sure you have a fake. Google authentic vs fake Strongarm and read and look at the different pics about the differences of where the sharpening line begins and the differences in the swedges then you’ll know what to look for. You’ll see then why I say it’s a fake. I have posted a few pics of my personal Strongarm. It came from a very reputable online dealer so I’m sure it’s authentic. Gerber gets a bad rap sometimes and probably deservedly so in some cases but they do build good stuff, especially the American made stuff. Their warranty is top notch too. I own many Gerbers and I love them.

Not sure why you quoted me. I don't have a Strongarm, authentic or fake.
