Kershaw Ener-G2 1745BLK Black blade - new/unused factory blemish, $OLD
This knife is awesome.
Blurb from Kershaw website:
The knife is a new/unused factory "blemish" marked XXXX on the black DLC-coated blade. The edge is still razor sharp, there is a slight mark on the coating from opening/closing the blade to test the mechanism. If you haven't used one of kershaw's "free-floating flipper" models, you are missing out, it is a treat! The blade is perfectly centered and lfies out smooth and locks up tight :thumb:
The G10 has excellent grip, the handle is well designed and all the corners are rounded for comfort. There is even a bit of machining to make it easier to unlock the knife when ready to close. The steel liners are thick but very much skeletonized to reduce weight. It's an excellent knife, great craftsmenship, I seriously do not understand why they discontinued this model! As to the blemish, I think it may be this little ridge in the liner seen in the pics below, has not impact on comfort or performance. Awesome knife.
But I need the funds more than the knife, so out it goes to a more appreciative owner!
