I know I've posted about Gerber in the past, but I have a very specific question...
I know Gerber's quality has tanked in the recent years, and the last few "USA" Gerber's that I've purchased have promptly gone back to the store for issues related to the liner lock being at 100% out of the box and some blade play issues (mainly the Propel and Applegate-Fairbairn).
My question is...how are their recent Autos? I really like the design of the large Covert Auto, and I like that extra springs are available on the web so I can service it myself as many companies don't take autos in for warranty work without "special credentials." Anyone have any experience with this knife? I have a chance to purchase one tomorrow afternoon...
