Does anybody know how this knife works out in real life? (edge retention, blade coating, grip....)

Have one and it is great.

IMHO better than the Nimravus.

The blade coating doesn't scratch as easily than my Nimravus did, very comfortable handle if a bit squarish, blade geometry allows for easier cutting and slicing, edge retention is pretty good compared to the m2 Nimravus. The only thing I don't like about the yari is the belt clip on the sheath. A secure belt loop would be nice, however, the clip makes sense for covert iwb carry.
