I recently had a problem with my full size Gerber EZ Out. The screw that holds on the pocket clip and also retains the pivot shaft broke.
As many of you have experienced the pocket clip occassionaly get caught on things as you move about, get up and down, etc.
Well mine broke clean off between the head and threaded shaft.
I contacted Gerber via e-mail Sunday and recieved a reply in less than 4 hours after openning Monday. Requesting my mailing address so they could send me a new pocket clip and screw assembly to repair my knife.
Two thumbs up for GERBER.
