Here are two farmers knives made by Herr Kneissler in Germany.
These are handmade slipjoints, unpolished but uncompromising working knives, designed for use and that shows in the finish. But they are very well assembled, with great walk and talk.
These two have a composite scale and are often used very successfully for modding projects.
Great in the hand. Lot of character. 3 1/4" carbon steel blades. Given the way they sharpen up (which is what is also great about them), I am guessing at C75.
Realized that I paid slightly less than what I first thought for these... so a price drop to .....
