Hello! I have never ordered from them. Looking at their website, nothing jumps out at me. How long ago did you make a purchase? Hopefully, someone with experience will see your post.

If you're asking about knifeshop.com, with the address 9500 Villach, Austria, that is the vendor site owned and operated by the Campolin family, as in AGA Campolin. That is a legit site. I have never ordered from them, but I know of many who have, and they received what they paid for.
There is a phone number on their site, but it's a European number, so it's not written out the same as a US number.
Something else to bear in mind, the Italians, particularly the old-school Italian knifemakers/vendors have their own way of doing things. They don't operate like US vendors with tracking numbers and email notifications. They aren't really big on customer service and good communication.

Well, looks like a legit, albeit small online vendor that works mostly through ebay.
The company data is correct, and while the website is not quite up to standards of today, they're not scammers.
The phone number also checks out (correct area code), and if you want to call them add +49 and remove the 0 from the number they provide.
Depending on your timezone call them before after your morning coffee and they should be available
