A friend told me the other day she saw a multi-tool with a striker on it. She couldn't remember if it had pliers or not, but thought it might have had a seatbelt cutter. She said it was German made with some long German name. (She told me the name, but I couldn't possibly remember it. I think it started with an "h" and sounded very German.) She couldn't find the catolog, so I thought someone here might enlighten me.
