For your consideration I have a near mint German made Robert Klaas Kissing Crane, 4 blade congress. I bought this knife on a vacation in the Great Smoky Moutains back in the 70's at a hardware store. What is the closed length and blade steel on this knife?

The closed length is 3 5/8 inches. I don't know the type of steel, as stated it's made in the 70's in Solingen Germany, if that helps. Thanks for looking.
