I purchased this knife from a table at a gun and knife show several years ago . The name Weinand is stamped on the ricasso and the scrimshawed Ivory of an Alaskan Grizzly is signed R.J.B . I know Gerome Weinand as made his own knives as well as made and sold his Damascus . Since his stamp is on the blade I would have to assume he was also the maker of this knife .
The O.A.L of the knife is 6-1/4" , the blade is 2-3/4" with a tapered tang .
What I found interesting is the 2 different patterns of the Damascus on the blade sides . I do not know the Damascus steel make up but from my research Gerome really liked a mix of L6 and 1084 .
I will sell this nice little EDC for $200.00 . I am thinning out my own personal collection . Pay-pal preferred but will accept postal M/O . For sale only thank you . reduced price below .
