In the quiet of a pocket, deep and wide,
A trusty knife sat by it’s owner's side.
It yearned for a sheath, a place to hide,
To keep its edge, its gleaming pride.

With patience, it waited, oh so still,
For the sheath that would fit, with a perfect skill.
In the days and nights, it held its will,
With dreams of safety, it did instill.

The mailman's step, a welcome sound,
But no sheath arrived nor could be found.
The knife still waits, its hopes unbound,
In it’s owner's pocket, on holy ground.

The day will come, it's destined, they say,
A Sharp & Fiery sheath will find its way.
Till then, the knife waits, come what may,
In the pocket, hoping for that special day.
