I bought a 5 & 15 late last year. Used them for carving up thanksgiving turkey (bk5) & a ham (bk15). That big black bk5 blade is a laser. The sight of them somehow made some of my more outspoken inlaw guests a bit more reserved than normal for some reason....

Those posts really look better than any other hardware I've ever seen. Well done! I read your post about drilling them. I wonder if a Dremel with a small grinding wheel would work to enlarge the holes?
