Wellll I’m all the way on the West Coast but this sounds like a blast. Wish I could make it!

Long shot, but if anyone feels the inclination to pick up a DEK3 for me, I’d be extremely grateful and would make it worth your while.

Have fun all those who are fortunate enough to attend and get a Carothers branded steak. You do have a CPK branding iron right Nathan? ;)

Don't know about a branding iron, but you can be sure Nate's spent a lot of time perfecting the heat treat 😂
