The blade length looks like the shorter Super Assassin Wakizashis than the longer SA Katanas.

It looks like Dan's holding a K20. Could be the angle, but if those are in fact SAs, the blade length looks about there or possibly shorter.

IIRC, Dan's made various SA Katanas and Wakis with different blade lengths.
