I want this guy punished. This idiot is selling fake Chinese knock off knives on Amazon... even though they are fake they are decent, they are still pretty sharp and they are free if after you received your package and take a pic of the knife and file an A to Z claim with amazon.com It is pretty easy to file the claim and I got my refund 3 days after I filed the A to Z claim... When I asked Amazon what to do with the knife, they said to dispose of it,,, so you dont have to ship it back... Anyways, I am telling everyone about this to punish the man for trying to sell me a fake knife... It looks like he will be the one punished though..... I think once they get too many complaints they shut him down so get your fake gerber knife soon before he gets shut down... Here is the purchase link to his amazon store and the ones that are fake.. of course the picture on amazon is of the real one but the one he sends you are fake. Look at the picture to tell the difference.

Again, make sure it says sold and shipped by "Richards Knives" and it will say shipped from Oklahoma.

Be sure it says "Richards Knives" as the seller , it says shipped from Oklahoma.

I hate fakes. But I also question the morality of ordering a knife with the intent to reverse the purchase and keep the product. A fresh theft does not make the original IP theft any better.

WOW... thats like the people at the supermarket that insist an item is free if they dont see a price tag on it.

He wants to punish the seller by buying him out..;) (yeah right like amazon wont catch on to the pattern and then stop the sales and refunds)

Why dont you go shill somewhere else man...

I'm actually surprised amazon allows him to sell fake knives....knowing that are fake.
I hate fakes as much as anyone else, but there should be better ways to deal with it.

Ebay is flooded recently with fake Fallkniven F-1 knives....I reported a few but I gave up when I saw no action from e-bay.
All I can say - do your best to be an informed buyer and if you see a deal that's too good to be true stay away unless you know/trust the seller.

This scammer posted here and probably everywhere else he could find, hoping to drive so many sales to his webstore that he'd make a few quick dollars.

If you see fakes being sold, notifying the seller may not have much effect.
Amazon and eBay will respond better to a manufacturer, so notify the company instead.

Nice catch. He'll probably get away with it for awhile on some sites where the mods aren't quite as competent. Glad that won't happen here.

Also loved his user name, "lubfishin". Fishin for suckers. ;)

I'm sure this guy also sells knockoff Mtech knives and even some fake Smith & Wesson knives. Go big or go home.

Fakes of a moderately terrible knife is just bad business. Not like people buy Gerber expecting massive performance, though.
