Wow Al, I've never seen a Case quite like that one. From the thirties (or thereabouts) I'm guessing.
More info please. :) Size, model #
Thanks. Michael

That’s a beauty Al! :thumbsup: I love how the jigging goes all the way to the bolsters on each end! :thumbsup: Thanks for sharing it today! :thumbsup: On this 1973 vintage 6231-1/2 the jigging is not quite as good but still not bad for a knife that was considered a working knife. On the lower end of the price scale. I bought three of these out of the same Pumpkin box for $6.75 each. The bad thing about that was I was only making like $2.70 an hour! It was a good think I was still living at home!:cool::D

Those "Black Box" Winchesters are hard to beat, Gary. Very Nice! -Lance
Thanks, Lance. :)

Those might be the coolest covers I have seen all week, GT.
Thanks, TK. :) I like them, too, but RDaneel (Dean) has a Schrade Barlow with similar covers that are even cooler!! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Travman, last time you posted that knife, I had to find one. Here it is!
Indisputably nice jigging, guys, but the fact that the bone is fit to the canoe pattern makes your knives substantially more fascinating to me!! :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Stellar knife, FBC! :cool::cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Clay it was probably a good thing that I didn’t have more money to spend back then! I would have so many knives I wouldn’t know what to do with them!;):D
Sensational knife, Ron, and even more amazing story!! ;):thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:
