Getting a VTac in Canada?

I must have one, but would prefer it not to cross the border. Does anyone know of any Canadian dealers?

Simply put, the American side of the border (customs) can create absolute chaos when dealing with anything but foam balls passing in front of them, even then they have been known to hold the said balls or destroy them in the process of determining them safe. It has proven far easier in the past to make purchases on this side of the border to keep sticky fingers and paranoid customs officers away from something that I have paid for. US customs is not known for their ability to let things slide, Canadian customs is known for taxing the crap out of anything entering..
 
It is becoming increasingly apparent that I can't get one of these south of the border, no problem.:)

Who has experience getting one over the border, who do you recommend as a dealer with experience shipping here?
Also, is it normal that this tool is all I can think about?:D

Have fished the Mackenzie River in N W Territories and the
Rat River in Northern Alberta and a few other areas in Canada
Beautiful country !!!!
