I sold a paring knife type design to a guy, was my second sale ever. He just E mailed me to tell me that since he got it, he has gutted, skinned, and quartered two moose and two bear, and nothing but good things to say about it! Some guys around this forum have sold knives that have seen harder use in less than a year, but that is the motivation to keep doing it. Wish I had a beer to drink right now...

Apparently I've been missing out--I just use paring knives to peel potatoes.
