Getting into Beckers anyone else have an uncontrollable urge for more

9 is a great choice. You will still be surprised how fast you start picking out the next one.

Are those handles G10? I want.....

opium in the scales. I swear that's the only way we could be addicted to them so quickly...Ethan and the Lay's potato chip company are sharing some formula...no one can buy just one...I swear it... :D

After I acquired my BK-15, I decided to upgrade a lot of my existing blades and gear instead of buying new ones.

But I am going to get a BK-17 and stash it away for my son for his 12th birthday, maybe a year or two earlier depending on how responsible and mature he is for his age. I starting shooting guns and got my first knife at age 9 so it could happen that way.

BRL; what you say makes complete sense, and I should do the same thing. Unfortunately, I have (barely) more money than good sense and really, there's one of each of these knives that needs me to own it and hold it and show it love by bashing, chopping and hacking up the dead wood out on the back 40. :)

That is a beauty! If I didn't know, I'd think that was a stock knife. Very nice work!

nutoknives: You will get that 9, and the next one and the next one. Steel is an addiction, but Becker is the crack cocaine of knives. :D
