Getting your Grail Knife

Thank you for the reply RevDevil. Great blade, just a bit steep for my wallet. Then that's why we refer to them as Grail knives. (perhaps some day).

Indeed, it is a great piece. It was a birthday gift from my family. That alone will keep it in my collection for all time. ;)
I filleted my finger open with the first 1/2" of the blade within a day of owning it. Quite possibly the sharpest edge I've ever encountered on an Emerson or any other knife.

Wow, that Dual Action is drool-worthy. I am a bit disappointed with BM's recent designs, but that is one that I would buy, given an Axis or even a manual Frame lock in a more reasonable price range. Full Blue-Class run please! I assume that puppy is a safe queen?

My grails, both in folding and fixed categories respectively, were my BM CPM-M4 Mini-Grip and A Spyderco Mule in K390. I finally got my wish with the release of the LE Mini-Grip a couple months ago and the Mule just last week. I have the capital for only a select few knives, and these may be the last I ever buy. If I do buy any more knives, they would be very specialized. Kitchen knives, for example, are a world unto themselves, complete with their own grails.

Safe queen. Sold a lot of mortal / previous grails for the Brend Mamba. probably sold 30+ knives for the 4 above.

The PM2 was my last grail. Now I am hurting for a ZT in a high end steel (something significantly beyond s30v). I purposely dont research the different model numbers because I know Ill get fixated on one and find a "reasonably priced" model. That, or, Spyderco Southard.

Plus I want a more traditional looking gentlemans folder with a good steel and some kickass handles. Something regal looking. For pinky out events.
