Mr. Ralph, could your son convery a CUDA Maxx to tip up for me? How much does this cost? Thank you very much.

Thor

Benny,
Benny,

We can convert to power assist. The cost is 200.00 for the assist alone.

Dr. Thor
The tip up conversion can be handled buy Dirk.

We try to only work on the knives we sell if posible.

Gibbs is in my hands,Nice..A little better mfg than a cuda maxx IMO, for example the laser cut marks on the cuda maxx blades are polished on the Gibbs blade.The finish on the handles seems better done IMO than on the other 4 cuda maxxs, I have owned.
Excellent lock up,blade is centered and very sharp...overall an excellent knife.I only had 1 problem and that was 1 screw on the carry cip was only screwed in half way,no big deal.Oh yea this is a LARGE :eek: :eek: :eek: FOLDER,It fits in the front pocket of levi type jeans but not the back pocket.
Overall I think... This is a very cool design,that is very well made.Who is this D.Ralph ? :D And why is he such a genius at knife design :D I wish I could afford a custom D.Ralph.

Thanks for the good words on design.

I just work at it every day!

The GIBBS is a nice big folder that really works!

I dont see it in the cards at this time.

I have several for sale if anyone needs them!
Camillus did a great job on them.

Nonbox, that groove running down the center of a blade is not a "blood groove" but a "fuller".* Its purpose is to lighten an otherwise heavy blade. It also is said to give some strength to the blade in the same sense that corrugating aluminum sheet gives it greater strength. Forgive me if I have some doubts about that latter claim.

* No known kinship.
